Using Virtual PINs and Widget customisation

  1. Selecting an (empty or functioning) widget will open the setting screen
  2. In the setting screen of the "Labeled" Value widget (example) is the field to name the widget (i.e.Temp F) as well as options to select pinss (under INPUT) and Rate of request as well as the option to format the label of the display (with a unit)
  3. Open the menu under INPUT and scroll the select pin field to Virtual and then scroll to the pin for the data you wish to show (see Mission 1 Blynk Virtual Pin Table; Mission 2 Blynk Virtual Pin Table)
  4. The Rate of request menu at the bottom of the setting page should be set to PUSH to allow the ☒CHIPS to update the widget
  5. When finished select the back arrow to view the widget screen again
  • Customising the color of the widget is done from a menu next to the Widget Name field
  • Selecting and holding a widget will allow one to adjust the size of the widget
